regular Program | Life Skills

The Personal Training programs are a great success, with each participant having their own one-hour session. Most attend once or twice each week at times negotiated between trainer and trainee.
Every client who has participated has improved their strength and technique in various compound exercises. They have gained valuable knowledge in safe lifting techniques, and the benefits of resistance training.

Social Club is for adults who want to go out with friends in a relaxed way. It is open to those who are able to cooperate in a group, do not require individual support, enjoy new experiences like the new Imax theatre, a day at the Easter Show, Lunch in Manly, a Taronga Zoo visit and a weekends’ away.
Other outings include RSAC Discos, dress up fun for Halloween Bowling, Christmas RSAC festivities at Bankstown Sports and Karaoke Yum Cha Hurstville style.
The future looks bright for this strong community minded and diverse group of friends as we head into another year of fun activities and outings together.

For some an individual class that can be tailored to a participant’s individual skills and needs is beneficial. This can be cooking, social, a sports training session or just a time to concentrate on a goal.
Talk to the office if you think this would be of benefit and discuss.
